With Christmas only two days away, now’s the time to start planning for the post-Christmas crash.

 

Schedule in time to just exist, no stress, strings or mad dashes to get to someone’s house for socialising.

Give yourself time and space to just be yourself. In whatever form that takes after Christmas.

You can be the grinch, a couch potato, whatever.

Just be you and take some time for yourself to relax and recharge after the chaos of Christmas and socialising.

Can you tell I’m an introvert?

Why not make yourself a homemade bath bomb, or body scrub.

You know the ones you made as Christmas presents?

 

Kickstart the New Years and New You NOW!

Who says you have to wait for the New Year to kickstart your goals.

People often say for those of us with ADHD that planning isn’t one of our strong suits.

I disagree. We just do it in our own way.

Just think of those jars, art supplies, and random bits you saved.

They became the perfect gifts this Christmas!
