Day 1: Brainstorm Christmas Tasks for a Stress-Free Holiday
Do you have ADHD and want to keep the holidays stress-free?
Kickstart the Christmas chaos with a brainstorm session.
Start by grabbing a pen and something to write on.
You could even try using one of your fancy notebooks you no doubt have lying around the house. No, just me? Weird.
Next, brainstorm everything you can think of to do with Christmas. All of it. Get it out your head and onto the page.
No need to organise the chaos just yet.
ADHD brains thrive on novelty. Why not lean into that strength and write the brainstorm on a blank Christmas card. It can also double as Christmas décor. Bonus.
Just think, you’ve started prepping for Christmas and decorating in one go. Amazing.
The other important part is to put it somewhere you’ll see it.
We don’t want to end up misplacing the list only to find it next Christmas.
Early preparation is of course the key, but maybe not that early. Let’s sort this Christmas first.
Give these a try and let me know how it goes in the comments below!
