Live life your way and thrive!

  • I created Thrive ADHD Life Coach as a way to help people learn how to be their best selves in whatever form that takes.

I am an ADHD Life Coach and have 25+ years of lived experience with ADHD (I was diagnosed as a child), and have learnt to live my life in a way that works for me.

I offer you tailored support from someone who gets what it's like to live with ADHD, and who gets you!

Yes, you read that right, I said Congratulations!

Being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world can be challenging.

For those of us that are (or think we might be) neurodivergent, it’s important to remember that we aren’t broken, our brains are just wired differently!

We are all totally amazing!

Remember

Words have meaning and I think it's time we redefined and reclaim what some of those words mean, especially regarding what it means to have and live with ADHD, or to be neurodivergent.

Why should someone who doesn't get what it means to live life like we do get to define what it means and how we live our lives?

Words can have powerful meanings and impact how we feel about ourselves and our place in the world.

With that in mind, remember ...

Neon sign reading 'Stay Weird,' promoting individuality and embracing uniqueness.
  • ADHD is defined by differences in how our brains are wired and how we think, learn and remember as a result.

Just because we can struggle to start tasks, keep the house clean, do the (never ending) washing or dishes, or get the food shop, it doesn’t mean we are broken.

We aren’t broken, our brains are just wired differently.

  • Coaching is a conversation and a partnership where we work together to learn what works best for you.

Coaching is about you, your goals, and what you want to get out of the session and life.

Discover what works for you and your ADHD brain to create a new outlook on life.

Discover what it is that you want and how to use this knowledge to help you to truly THRIVE!

  • ADHD coaching is coaching through the lens of ADHD.

ADHD coaching helps you to learn how to understand yourself and how you work to get a new outlook on life so that you can thrive.

I have been working with Kim for several months, and I cannot speak highly enough of her coaching style. From the moment we started, I felt completely at ease with her warm and friendly manner. Kim has a unique ability to create a safe and supportive environment, which allowed me to explore my challenges without judgment.

What I truly appreciate about Kim is how she facilitates transformational insights. She gently nudges me to broaden my perspectives and always encourages me to find my own solutions. This has been incredibly empowering, as it helps me make decisions and take action that feels right for me.

Thanks to Kim's support, I’ve been able to work more efficiently toward my goals, and I feel more confident in my ability to navigate my challenges and find the solutions that will work for me. Her coaching has been truly transformative, and I am grateful for the positive impact it’s had on my personal and professional life.
